No complaints whatsoever, we will choose it for sure next trip when in Crawley. Very clean unit. The staff was loyal and check in was easy. Besides, there was WiFi in the hotel. They serve breakfast for 9 GBP per person.

Welcome base for exploring Crawley. Rooms were gorgeous and very clean, the staff was HELPFUL. Greatly enjoyed that hairdryer, coffee and coffee facilities were included.
